Commission Schedule

We only charge a commission upon successful recovery of your debt, this means it costs you nothing up front to try and collect on outstanding debt. The commission rate applicable to your debt is calculated according to the value of each debt referred for collection.

* Debts aged over 365 days attract an additional 10% on the commission rate. Prices are inclusive of GST.

Conditions of Service

1. The minimum amount for debt referral is 500.00 AUD.
2. Pricing is for domestic debt collection services only.
3. We are unable to assist in recovery of debt that is more than two years old.
4. We may ask for your approval to engage third party services throughout the debt collection process in order to recover your debt. This may be required in instances where we need to locate debtors, perform bankruptcy searches, etc. Any costs incurred from this would be quoted prior to engagement and passed on to you.
5. We reserve the right to revise the commission schedule at any time.
